If you have questions about your dental insurance plan, please give us a call and we can verify your benefits for you. Our team will prepare and file your dental claims for you. Many of our patients have and utilize dental insurance and many of them do not. Please note that we do not participate with Medicare or Amerihealth dental plans.* For those clients who have Delta Dental, payment for all services will be collected for in full up front and a claim form will be prepared for patient reimbursement (reimbursement is according to the company’s reimbursement schedule that the employer chose) on the day the services are rendered.
